Sol Food is a vegan meal service operated by Chef Melissa Christy Maidana. We are located in Arundel, Maine, serving Southern Maine and Eastern NH.

Sol Food offers a wide range of homemade scratch vegan meal solutions: we will either prepare your meals off-site and deliver to your doorstep or prepare your meals right in the comfort of your own kitchen. Choose your personalized meals from either a pre-selected menu or customize each dish to your daily cravings. We also provide healthy private cooking classes and demos and offer pop-up dinners to the public once a month for intimate gatherings. Sol Food is committed to sourcing seasonal organic ingredients, grown right here in Maine. All meals are vegan or vegetarian and can also be prepared gluten-free and raw.
