Today’s nervous system reset.
Have you ever had “just one of those days” or weeks, or months, or years?
If so, (and more than likely you have because you’re a spiritual being living in this 3D world.) how do you get the proverbial train back on the tracks? How do you step back onto the path of God and living on purpose?
Meghan and I recently got baptized, and to be honest, I’m still integrating that experience. We were both baptized catholic as kiddos, yet it seemed necessary to reintroduce ourselves to God in a new way. Since being baptized, I’ve had moments of supreme clarity, and I feel Gods presence. While also having moments where I see Satans work firsthand.
When I’m distracted/stressed/anxious/fearful/distant etc., what is my strategy to right the ship and sail in the direction of my ultimate purpose? Is it physical, mental, spiritual?
What I’m learning above all else, is that when I get my needs met in all areas, my resiliency to lower vibration stimuli (Satan, or the opposite vibration to God) is high and I can maintain clarity, purpose and faith. When I don’t, it can be a tough day.
Today I recognized a need for physical strength and mental resiliency. ISO holds are simple, but not easy. When it’s snowing outside and you want to call in sick and lounge around, can you quiet that voice in your head and do what needs to be done to elicit a different result?
Spiritually, reading the Bible every day, particularly Psalm 91, gives me the upmost confidence to surrender my expectations and control, and lean into God.
Plus, it’s amazing to watch our kids read the Bible than to reach for a tablet. Staying connected and in the arena is a worthwhile endeavor, but man it’s hard. Praise God for supporting us in this quest because we fail often. 🫠
Thank you for being alongside me as we navigate through the turbulence of having a bunch of babies.
What’s your strategy for maintaining clarity in the face of adversity?
