Ilyse Mark recently hit her 100 Session Member Milestone! 🎉

Coach Shannon shared her thoughts 👇

“Ilyse is one of the funniest humans I know.. she can make ya laugh in the most serious of situations. She one of those gals that makes you feel like you could just chit chat with her forever. (And you will) lol

She started at OTA during one of our intern programs and loved it so much she stayed. It’s been just over a year and I’m so proud how far she she’s come and how she pushes herself when she doesn’t think she has it in her.

Kerri Quinn recently hit her 100 Session Member Milestone!

Coach Shannon’s words:
“Kerri came to OTA to maintain muscle and continue to be mobile. Well, let me just tell you what
 she has gained way more than that
She’s made strong friendships, gained confidence in her training and learned to push herself.

She literally is the sweetest human, but don’t let that fool you, she definitely enjoys a lil competition. Kerri came back from a ski trip and had a lil knee mis-hap.. right after this lil blip (like 2 days), she said I wanna do a HYROX
 I said “ok, let’s get the knee right and then we can train!” She worked her ass off, doing her PT exercises, training at OTA
 and she completed the HYROX this November with no issues (other than a lil puke lol)
She’s a rockstar and I admire her tremendously!
Congrats on 100 sessions, Kerri!”
