JD Woolley recently hit his 100 Session Member Milestone! šŸ‘šŸ‘

Some words from Coach Rob!
ā€œJD is an absolute gentle giant. He came to OTA just wanting to feel better moving around in everyday life things and live a healthier lifestyle. JD trains in jujitsu 2 days a week and strength trains at OTA 3 days a week.
He works his ass off, and I don’t think we have enough weights for him. He’s one strong human. Coaching JD on the floor is an absolute blast, he brings a smart ass sense of humor and is always willing to listen and learn.

We’ve felt a lot of emotions in our 100 sessions. Congrats, man!! Keep feeling all the things!ā€

WOOP WOOP! 250 Session Milestone for Erin Rodriguez! šŸ‘šŸ‘

Coach Shannon:
ā€œErin Rodriguez… man, OH MAN! We have too much fun!! And this is a long post šŸ˜‚

Erin’s journey at OTA started almost 2 years ago. Her goals were to simple…Stay strong, stay lean and remain functional.
Simple goals! And sometimes those simple goals can be super challenging given where someone is in their life. Erin faces many challenges (as we all do) but absolutely understands that she gets to CHOOSE how she shows up for her self, and for her, that’s 3xs a week with the most positive attitude and ready to put in the work!
Erin loves the outdoors and her 2 horses (Great Danes šŸ˜‚) .
She has also started her internship here at OTA to hopefully live out her dream of become a coach. Her words ā€œI fully believe this is where I am supposed to be and meant to doā€ and she šŸ’Æ on point!
Giiirrrl!!!! I’m so grateful for the human you are and the friendship we have! Congrats on 250 sessions! KKKKEEEEPPP IT UP!!!!ā€

Josh Cotton recently hit his 100 Session Member Milestone and had amazing results just by consistently locking in twice a week.

Consistency is key when talking about results - but commitment isn’t as crazy as it might feel looking in from the outside.

There’s always a starting point, and confidence stems from keeping the realistic promises we set for ourselves.

You just have to decide to start and the stick to it!

Danielle Nye recently hit her 100 Session Member Milestone! šŸ”„

A few words from Coach Shannon!
ā€œDanielle Nye joined OTA a few years ago, left to have some babies and is BACK BABY… she’s been back at OTA for a little over 2 months. She was looking to take better care of her health and improve body composition. Busy momma life was starting to feel challenging in fueling her body the right way. She has stayed consistent with 2 days a week and is crushing it!

Danielle is the nicest human and is so welcoming and supportive of others in the class. Congratulations on 100 sessions!! Let’s keep crushing it!ā€

I swear every single one of our OTA members are uniquely inspiring. Way to crush it, Danielle!
