Yes! I think there is wisdom in the “Let Them,” approach, but we are human and we are supposed to be impacted by sh*tty behavior. Sometimes “Let them” is enabling.

No shade to Mel Robbins, but the “Let Them” idea isn’t built for every situation. And when a message comes from someone who isn’t a therapist, counselor or mental health professional, it can miss the nuanced layers real people live with. Sometimes stepping back brings peace… and sometimes it creates more harm. Knowing the difference matters. 🔥

I just cracked open my computer this week to start refining and editing Volume II, which will be all about relationships and collective healing.

I was so bummed when I realized how long the original manuscript was, but I am convinced that the universe had her wise, trickster hand in me waiting to launch Volume II given the collective is in a very different place than it was 2 years ago. I hope to capture a little more nuance in my invitation for our collective and ancestral healing.

The foundations of that work are in Volume I though. May these words be a small part of our individual, relational, and collective healing. You can still get a signed copy on the website! I’ll put a link in the comments. 💖
