Yes! I think there is wisdom in the “Let Them,” approach, but we are human and we are supposed to be impacted by sh*tty behavior. Sometimes “Let them” is enabling.

No shade to Mel Robbins, but the “Let Them” idea isn’t built for every situation. And when a message comes from someone who isn’t a therapist, counselor or mental health professional, it can miss the nuanced layers real people live with. Sometimes stepping back brings peace… and sometimes it creates more harm. Knowing the difference matters. 🔥
