It is a wild time of being alive. We are here at this time to heal not just ourselves, but also the larger collective. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. If we all take a little piece, we have everything we need to pull this world closer to the values of equity, justice, compassion, beauty, and reciprocity with other humans and the earth.

We are in a great turning and the shadows are being revealed. May sanity and compassion start to be centered in leadership and in all our hearts.

ICE actions. Protests in Minnesota. Sirens in the nervous system. Grief braided with rage braided with love for people we may never meet but somehow know intimately. History isn’t past right now—it’s tap‑tapping us on the shoulder like, hey… this is your moment.

Yes! I think there is wisdom in the “Let Them,” approach, but we are human and we are supposed to be impacted by sh*tty behavior. Sometimes “Let them” is enabling.

No shade to Mel Robbins, but the “Let Them” idea isn’t built for every situation. And when a message comes from someone who isn’t a therapist, counselor or mental health professional, it can miss the nuanced layers real people live with. Sometimes stepping back brings peace… and sometimes it creates more harm. Knowing the difference matters. 🔥
