Therapeutic Integrative Massage-

The therapist will use a range of modalities including deep tissue, trigger point, and cranial sacral therapy to help increase blood flow and mobility to specific areas of tension in the body.

Trigger Point Massage-

A trigger point (knot) is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body (referral pain) by restricting circulation and pinching nerves. Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues

Swedish Massage-

Involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to promote improvement in mental and physical health. Active or passive movement of the joints may also be part of the massage. The benefits of Swedish massage include increased blood circulation, mental and physical relaxation, decreased stress and muscle tension, and improved range of motion.

Cranial Sacral Therapy-

Cranial sacral therapy (also known as craniosacral therapy) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.
