🌿 My Longevity Goals Aren’t Years — They’re Function
I’m not chasing more time on a calendar.
I’m chasing quality in the time I have.
That’s what functional longevity means.
Not just lifespan.
Healthspan — the years you feel alive, capable, clear, and connected.
Here are my top longevity goals. You’ll notice... they’re not numbers:
✅ Live independently
✅ Stay autonomous — in my choices, my thinking, and my rhythm
✅ Stay cognitively sharp and creatively curious
✅ Work in the garden and feel strong in my body
✅ Avoid diapers — dignity matters
✅ Tell stories — to those who come after me
✅ Eat and truly enjoy good food — with all my senses
These are the metrics that matter.
Because when you ask: What are you really living for?
The answer is rarely “more time.”
It’s more life in your years.
