✨ Meet Miranda! ✨
Miranda is a movement enthusiast with a background in yoga, dance, and aerial arts who fell in love with Pilates as a way to build strength, mobility, and alignment for an active lifestyle. As an instructor, she’s passionate about helping clients connect to their bodies, build strength and stability, and find joy in movement.
Her classes emphasize spinal alignment, proper form, and core stability, with fun touches of functional mobility inspired by her circus training. Miranda also loves weaving in somatic movement and breathwork to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and support overall well-being.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her dancing, enjoying the outdoors, watching movies, or heading out on road trips and camping adventures with friends. 💛
