🌻 The garden may be winding down, but we’re already dreaming of spring! 🌱

Our community garden beds are full of fall color (and a few last tomatoes hanging on for dear life), but soon it’ll be time to rest, refresh, and get ready for a brand-new growing season.

If you’ve ever wanted to dig in the dirt, grow your own veggies, or just be part of a fun and friendly garden community, now’s the time to join us for Spring 2026!

🌶🌽🐝 What a night at Little Sprouts Community Garden! 🌱🎃🔥

Last night’s Harvest Festival & Chili Cook-Off was a HUGE hit! We had way more friends, families, and neighbors come out than we ever imagined — and we loved every minute of it.

✨ 9 incredible chilis battled it out for top honors 🍲
🔥 Special thanks to the Arvada Fire Department for serving as our expert judges
🎨 The kids had a blast painting pumpkins 🎃
🐝 Chet from Common Earth Community Garden wowed everyone with a hands-on honey-making demo using an old-time honey extractor 🍯
🏆 We handed out 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes to our amazing chili masters — every pot was delicious!
🎉 Huge thanks to the City of Arvada for the party trailer — it made the night even more special 🙌

Thank you to everyone who came out, cooked, judged, laughed, and celebrated with us. Nights like this remind us how special our community is 💚

Little sprouts is excited to have a local artist, Kendra Petersen, host a workshop in our garden space. Please come join us! Details are as follows:

Join me August 12th at 6:15pm for an art meditation therapy experience at the Little Sprouts Community Garden in Arvada.

Neurographic Art is a process of art that is scientifically proven to help with relaxation, focus, creativity, and working through hard emotions.

I will guide you through the process, provide all of the materials, and offer you a safe space for you to take the time to care for yourself. This particular session is unique as it will be outdoors to find the peace in a garden before the weather changes.

Let's create and breathe in nature to revitalize and rejuvenate ourselves.
