We want to take a moment to sincerely thank her for all of her hard work, dedication, and commitment. Grecia has poured her heart into her role, always going above and beyond to support the team and care for our patients and families with compassion and excellence.

Her professionalism, leadership, and positive spirit have truly made a difference. She leaves a meaningful mark on Gracia Hospice, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has done.

We wish her continued success, happiness, and many blessings in this next chapter. She will always be part of the Gracia family. 💛

-This includes assessing patient needs, administering medications, providing personal care, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team
