Most people assume low energy is about sleep, stress, or motivation.
Sometimes it is.
But often, it’s something quieter.
Many high-functioning people are eating well, staying active, and managing full schedules yet still feel foggy, flat, or depleted.
When this happens, it’s easy to assume it’s just part of getting older or being busy.
One factor that’s rarely discussed is how medications can affect nutrient levels over time.
This doesn’t mean medications are bad or unnecessary.
They can be incredibly helpful and, in many cases, essential.
What’s often missing from the conversation is support.
The body relies on specific nutrients to produce energy, support digestion, regulate hormones, and repair cells. When those nutrients are gradually depleted through stress, lifestyle, or long-term medication use, the body keeps going, just with less reserve.
That’s when people may notice:
• ongoing fatigue despite rest
• brain fog or trouble focusing
• digestive discomfort
• feeling less resilient than before
This isn’t a personal shortcoming.
It’s how the body responds when it’s under-supported.
Understanding how food, lifestyle, and medications interact allows for more informed, compassionate choices, ones that work with the body instead of pushing against it.
For anyone interested in exploring this further, these topics will be discussed in an upcoming educational session:
