Prima 2 Senior Day Care Center We serve the elderly, disabled, and people with mental disorders, regardless of age. We provide transportation, meals, trips, and various activities. ft.

Prima 2 Adult Day Care provides a safe, supportive environment, homemade breakfast and lunch adjusted to dietary needs, an exercise room with supervision, arts and crafts, musical programs, nature field trips, holiday and birthday celebrations, outings to community events assistance with language interpretation, daily vital signs checks by CNA, trips to stores and food banks, and the chance for the elderly and disabled to maintain their self-esteem and respect. We are located in a large, beautiful 4500 sq. newly remodeled facility with multiple rooms, a kitchen for the preparation of homemade meals, and a full garden with organic vegetables. We are sure that your first impression of our facility will be "WOW!"

Prima 2 provides transportation for clients to and from our facility and to travel to stores, trips, and outdoor activities. We accept Medicaid and have an affordable private pay rate. Come in for a complimentary visit to experience our facility and service before you make your decision!
