Asbury's LGBTQ Health Center The VNACJ LGBTQ Center for Health and Wellness provides an array of comprehensive care and wellness programs in a safe, culturally competent environment.

Services provided include: primary care, hormone therapy, PrEP , Rapid HIV testing, and STD testing. Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey- Prevention Resource Network (VNACJ-PRN) complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identification. VNACJ-PRN does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identification.

Celebrate 12/2 at Trinity Church with an observation of the 37th World AIDS day.
Then on 12/6 for a World AIDS Day Open Mic!
Free and confidential HIV testing is available at PRN, at our Mobile unit around Monmouth County, and at the Empress Hotel.
