Our focus for September 20 MMM is ~ CHANGE ~ desired or unexpected, we can use movement to metabolize, digest and even manifest changes in our bodies and lives

Our intent? to integrate and welcome change and feel more graceful, gentle and powerful as we dance through life.

Moving the ✨magic ✨20 minutes a day

Classes feature ~ Blending Martial, Dance & Healing Arts for a full body workIN that will leave you feeling better every time.

Monday - Friday live class is at 8am ET ~ daily recordings are provided as well so you do not need to attend live.

20 MMM is a radiant community of all ages and abilities with a shared love for movement, dance, play and self-expression.
