Our intent? to integrate and welcome change and feel more graceful, gentle and powerful as we dance through life.

Classes feature ~ Blending Martial, Dance & Healing Arts for a full body workIN that will leave you feeling better every time.

Monday - Friday live class is at 8am ET ~ daily recordings are provided as well so you do not need to attend live.

Our focus for July 20 Minutes of Movement Magic
is exploring Form & Freedom to connect with deeper PLEASURE

JULY SESSION BEGINS TOMORROW!

We will spend time moving the FORMof Nia's 52 Moves
Learning, Moving and Energizing this sustainable, complete movement vocabulary.

Understanding the Form helps us learn to PERSONALIZE
our movement so we can find greater comfort and conditioning
according to OUR Body's Way.

Personalizing is the key to the sensation of FREEDOM

Freedom in movement held within the safety of Form allows us to
move with PLEASURE

It will be a delicious month of movement!
