Ash Grove Healthcare Facility, Medicare and Medicaid certified, is part of a technologically advanced healthcare complex consisting of a physician clinic, senior living apartments, Home Medical Equipment store and local pharmacy. This 82-bed long-term skilled nursing care facility was built in 2002 and offers a variety of services, including a 20-bed special care unit specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia. Ash Grove Healthcare Facility offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for all ages provided by full-time, in-house therapists. We offer transitional (between hospital and home) care covered by Medicare and most major insurances. The Ash Grove Healthcare Team is dedicated to providing a safe and caring environment for you or your loved one; whether it is for extensive, long-term care or short-term rehabilitation prior to returning home. The Ash Grove Independent Living apartments offer seniors the opportunity to remain independent in a home of their own, close to healthcare professionals and facilities. Our apartments are two bedroom, two bathroom units with a full kitchen with electric appliances, a living room, covered patio and an oversized one-car garage. Utilities, trash pickup, maintenance and lawn-service fees are covered through the rental agreements. They are located on the same campus (within walking distance) as our long-term care facility, physician clinic, Home Medical Equipment store and the local pharmacy. Tuesday is the day! The AGHCF Auxiliary Bake Sale starts at 10 am and there will be a large assortment of delicious baked goods for your Thanksgiving. We also will have your lunch, serving Chili and Cornbread for a donation to the Auxiliary. Come support this wonderful group of volunteers that serve AGHCF as ambassadors throughout the community! Location will be downstairs in the staff dining room, watch for signs.

Less than a week to go till all the yummy goodness of baked pies, cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, hot rolls and lots of other great homemade treats. The AGHCF Auxiliary will host their Annual Bake Sale on Tuesday, Nov 25th starting at 10 am. It will be held downstairs at AGHCF, follow the signs for parking. Dirt Roads Beverages will be available to get some delicious drinks and there will be Chili and Cornbread for a donation to the Auxiliary Fundraiser. Spread the word, come get your Thanksgiving treats.

Friends and family, as the temps get colder it’s time to start thinking about Christmas decorations. This year AGHCF will turn into a winter wonderland. Help us create magic and memories for our residents. We are looking for blue and silver ornaments to use on our trees. If you have any you are not using, we can put them to good use! Drop off at the office or contact us for pick up. Stay warm!
