Here are some poses that we have performed during session. Restorative yoga is relaxing and comfortable. Don’t mistake it for regular yoga. The purpose is to quiet your mind. To do that, you have to be completely comfortable! Let me know if you are interested!

What is restorative yoga?

Relaxing, comfortable, peaceful, not straining, quieting of the mind.

There is no pain with this kind of yoga. The purpose is to be still and let God.

Join me in a session. No need to be intimidated. Bring a friend.

I am taking privates and pairs each evening and on weekends. I am also happy to come to you as well.
