“Is it just me?!”
As a therapist, here’s what I’ve come to know: we carry many of the same struggles — they just arrive in different forms.
Different stories. Different symptoms. Different ways of surviving.
But underneath it all, so many of us are learning how to live with tender nervous systems. How to hold old wounds. How to stay open while protecting our hearts. How to move through stress, attachment pain, change, and uncertainty.
There is so much bravery in noticing your patterns.
So much power in choosing growth.
And so much hope in remembering that your brain and body are built for healing.
If it feels lonely right now, I want you to know this: your experience matters — and you don’t have to walk this path by yourself.
Healing is possible.
One small moment at a time.
