Cauliflower Stuffing 🥦✨

🌱 1 large head cauliflower (chopped)
🧅 Onion, celery & garlic
🫒 Olive oil + poultry seasoning, thyme, sage, salt & pepper
🌿 Fresh parsley
🥜 Chopped pecans for crunch
How to make it:
Roast chopped cauliflower, onion, celery & garlic with olive oil and seasonings at 450°F for ~15 minutes. Add parsley + pecans, toss, and roast another 10–15 minutes until the cauliflower is browned, onions are caramelized, and pecans are lightly toasted.
