Dr. Mehta is triple board-certified in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine. He brings extensive experience in patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease managements, with a strong focus on long-term, sustainable wellness. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Illinois, where he also served as a clinical preceptor and mentor for third and fourth year medical students. During his residency, Dr. Mehta was actively involved in several leadership committees.
