✨ 2025 RECAP ✨

2025 was a year of growth, lessons, and so much gratitude. From meeting incredible new patients to celebrating our grand opening, moving, traveling, balancing hormones, and poking a million faces, this year flew by! I tried my best to soak it all in. 🤍

It was also a year that tested me in ways I never could have anticipated. Losing my dad has been one of the most profound challenges of my life. I’ve been learning how to carry grief while building a new business, showing up as a mom, and continuing to care for others. Through it all, this year revealed my strength, resilience, and my deep passion for the work I do.

To every patient, friend, family member, and soul who trusted, supported and stood by me, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I truly couldn’t have done this year without you!

Here’s to healing, growth, a million more pokes and another incredible year at ProMD Health Ashburn! ✨💉🤍🪩

The class was led by the lovely and every attendee brought a donation for the to give back to our community. .matchaa made the BEST Matcha to toast with. Our donation box was overflowing, our bodies were moving, and our hearts are full. 🍵🤍
