And that’s a wrap on patient care for 2025! 🫶🏽 We are always so thankful for the trust our patients have in us to care for their smiles. This team of amazing women are always inspiring and motivating patients to meet and exceed their healthy goals — and always having fun in the process! It’s been a busy year and we are all looking forward to time with family and friends this holiday season. ❤️

Our office lines will be closed Dec 24-26 and December 31-January 1, but I will be monitoring our text messages throughout the entire holiday break for emergencies. We look forward to seeing everyone back in the office on January 5, 2026!! ✨

Inspired smiles inspire smiles!! 🫶🏽 We love the cheerful confidence Terri brings to the office now that she’s sporting an upgraded smile. And we are so thankful for the beautiful flowers she gifted each and every one of our team members as a “thank you” for the care they provide.

Smile Design rehabs are my favorite part of being a functional and cosmetic dentist. I see people transform before my very eyes. And it’s not just their smile. It’s the life regained, the sparkle in their eyes, their pep in their step — or in this case, their “wait, hold my walker, I’m standing for this shot.” 👸🏼 Everyone deserves to feel their best. ✨

What happens when you give caregivers and moms $500 to spend on themselves in an hour and a half?? 😍🤯 We had such a fun time this past weekend catching up over lunch and shopping at . This team has worked so well together this past year through various changes, hard-earned growth, team development, and personal life moments — I wanted to celebrate THEM! While I don’t believe this season is about material things — I do know that these women spend so much time caring for others and making sure the season is magical for their families, and I wanted to challenge them to treat themselves for a change! To splurge without guilt. 😍 What I didn’t expect was to learn so much about each of these ladies as we shared our wish lists, texted lightheartedly throughout the shopping spree, and helped each other locate items before time ran out! ⏱️

I am always so thankful to work with amazing women who show kindness and enthusiasm when caring for our community of patients. And as the year comes to an end I hope we all reflect on the ways we inspire smiles in our day to day lives. 🫶🏽

Wow!! We raised over $900 and 450lbs to benefit last month for our Thanksgiving Food Drive. During this season of generosity, giving, and reflection, our team is humbled by everyone’s generosity. 💕

And a huge congrats to Tracy for being our final winner of a $250 gift card to Wegmans. We hope everyone is staying warm out there!! ❄️❄️

As an educator and clinician, I am always learning and leaning into opportunities to grow. Dental technology is ever-changing and I love investing in the latest gadgets — but sometimes putting the technology into use can be daunting! And, honestly, some technology has been sitting on my desk starting at me with longing eyes waiting to be put to good use. 🫠

I am so thankful for the folks at for putting together courses that help me gain greater understanding and confidence in implementing an even greater digital workflow in my private practice. I’m excited to put my education to work on Monday and to see how my team and patients are positively impacted by my strengthened knowledge! 🙌🏽

She’s waited her whole cross fit career for this… 5 bags of food donations and not even a bead of sweat! 💪🏾💪🏾 We cannot wait to drop off our second and final round of donations to this weekend ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will continue to collect donations of food, personal hygiene items, and cash through Friday November 21 during normal patient hours.

A huge thank you to Traci and all of our other generous donors who have supported our food drive these past few weeks! Every donation is making a HUGE impact for our neighbors in need. 🫶🏽 We are so proud of and thankful for each and everyone on of you!!! 💓

I love when stars align and my ladies end up on the schedule at the same time! It’s hard to believe that we’ve known each other since 1994/95. It seems like just yesterday that we were dancing to Usher in dorm rooms and watching Beverly Hills 90210 together. We had no idea what the world had in store for us back then… But look at us now — bad ass entrepreneurs with thriving businesses in health and wellness! ✨🥂

I am thankful for their friendship decades ago and their continued friendship and trust now. 🫶🏽

225 LBS!!! In just 6 days of collection so far (another box didn’t fit in my car!) to benefit . I am so proud of our community and grateful to have inspired so many to do good. ✨ I am also so impressed by the organization and volunteer power that I witnessed at the Loudoun Hunger donation center. What an incredible crew! 👏🏽👏🏽

We will continue to collect food, personal hygiene, and cash donations during our normal practice hours through November 21st. Drop off daily this week Tuesday to Thursday 8am to 4pm. Let’s see if we can get to 500 total lbs! 💪🏽💪🏽

Thank you to everyone who has participated! I will be combining all cash/venmo donations at the end of the food drive. And don’t forget, every donor will be entered into a weekly drawing for a $250 Wegmans Gift card! 🫶🏽

🪿 Let’s take a gander at this week’s winners of a $250 Wegman’s gift card! SIERRA!! Thank you for bringing in a donation for our food drive to benefit our neighbors through . And thank you to Rebecca for getting her bird babies to participate! 😍

We will continue to accept donations of food, hygiene items or cash through November 21. Next week our office hours are Monday and Wednesday 8am-5pm and Tuesday and Thursday 8am-4pm. We have been blown away by the generosity shown these past 2 weeks. What a blessing to part of an amazing community!
