We are a vibrant ministry of caring in a community which values family, fellowship, empathy and growth through learning in a safe, supportive, respectful, friendly and fun environment for our residents and staff. Our facility is located in Ashby, Minnesota, approximately fourteen miles east of Fergus Falls, in the beautiful Minnesota lake country. It is situated in a residential neighborhood in the heart of Ashby, a charming community with nearby medical services. The center is designed to create a home environment with a welcoming high ceiling great room, fireplace, community TV and game room, kitchen and well-appointed dining. Each room has a spacious bedroom and TV room with a kitchenette and a private handicap accessible bathroom. Year round indoor and outdoor activities are designed to be a part of your Ashby Living Center experience.
