Little River Nursing and Rehab offers 85 skilled beds, a mixture of semi-private and private rooms. Our facility was built in 2010 and is easily located off of Highway 32 in Ashdown, AR. We offer all skilled services including nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, as well as other amenities. Whether your loved one requires comprehensive rehabilitation services due to recent illness and/or hospital stay, or you are looking for a safe and caring environment for your loved one to reside long term, our fantastic staff strives to make your loved ones feel at home. We aim to provide outstanding skilled care and rehabilitation services in order enrich the lives of those we serve!

We’re proud to share some great news! 🎉

The AHA Workers’ Compensation Self-Insured Trust and Gallagher/Risk Management Resources recognized Little River Nursing & Rehab and its incredible staff for their diligent efforts in safety and loss control programs.

LRNR met all criteria for this recognition, including:
✔️ 5+ years of membership in the Trust
✔️ A 5-year average loss ratio under 50%
✔️ A 5-year average incident rate less than 50% of the published Bureau of Labor Statistics incident rate

Because of these outstanding achievements, LRNR has earned the Excellence Award for successfully controlling workers’ compensation losses and claims.
