Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehab offers 88 skilled beds, most are private rooms with bathrooms. Pleasant Manor offers all skilled services plus many amenities. Full therapy services offered in new therapy department. Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehab has been selected as one of ten nursing homes in Arkansas to participate in culture change. This is a program that is changing the way nursing homes have been managed in the past. Many residents now enter just for rehab to return to their homes. Pleasant Manor culture change allows residents to manage their own decisions regarding when they eat, as Pleasant Manor has restaurant style dining, when they bathe, shower and in fact control the timing of their care. Pleasant Manor also allows residents that a physically and mentally able to care for their pets to bring them to with them to nursing home.

If you are an organized, compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting staff and residents alike, we would love to hear from you.

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly by coordinating staffing schedules, managing call-ins, maintaining accurate records, and supporting nursing leadership. This position is key to maintaining our high-quality care and ensuring our residents receive the consistent, reliable support they deserve.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
✔️ Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
✔️ Experience in long-term care or scheduling is a plus, but not required

Our dining room was a full house today! 🎶💙

Our very own Maintenance team member, Brad Sullivan, sang his heart out for our residents and they absolutely loved every minute of it. His voice, energy, and kindness always bring such joy to the room. It’s moments like these that make Pleasant Manor feel like family.

A little balloon tennis action was going on today and let me tell you, our residents brought the energy! 🎈🏓 Keeping our residents active is so important, not only for physical health but for boosting mood, confidence, and social interaction.

Seeing everyone moving, and cheering each other on reminded us how small activities can make the biggest difference. Whether it’s balloon tennis, chair exercises, group games, or simple stretching, staying active helps keep the body moving and the spirit lifted.

We love creating moments like these that bring joy and connection to our residents’ day. 💙

Pleasant Manor would like to extend a special thank you to Brandon Kennemore for visiting our facility on Veterans Day. Brandon took the time to meet with each of our veterans personally, sharing stories and gratitude. He also presented every veteran with a special pin in honor of their service and sacrifice.

A wonderful time was had this morning at Pleasant Manor! Ashdown High School students joined us to complete their community service hours, and they truly made the morning special for our residents.

We set up several activity stations puzzles, cards, dominoes, nail painting, and coloring — and the smiles said it all. So many faces lit up as our residents enjoyed the company, conversation, and fun the students brought with them. Moments like these remind us how meaningful connection can be.

We are so grateful for the students’ time, kindness, and energy. ❤️

Remember, anyone can volunteer! Even a small amount of time can make a huge difference in the life of a resident. If you’re interested in volunteering or bringing a group, we would love to have you.

One of our amazing PTs from Trilogy Therapy Services decided there was only one perfect costume choice this year… to dress up as her best friend, Mr. Gordon himself!
As she came down the halls, laughter filled the air and instantly, everyone knew exactly who she was! 😄
