Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehab offers 88 skilled beds, most are private rooms with bathrooms. Pleasant Manor offers all skilled services plus many amenities. Full therapy services offered in new therapy department. Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehab has been selected as one of ten nursing homes in Arkansas to participate in culture change. This is a program that is changing the way nursing homes have been managed in the past. Many residents now enter just for rehab to return to their homes. Pleasant Manor culture change allows residents to manage their own decisions regarding when they eat, as Pleasant Manor has restaurant style dining, when they bathe, shower and in fact control the timing of their care. Pleasant Manor also allows residents that a physically and mentally able to care for their pets to bring them to with them to nursing home.

Staff are showing off their fun side with wild prints, bright colors, and big smiles. Today’s all about letting loose and celebrating the joy of community. 🦓🐆🌴

🎃✨ It’s Pumpkin Party Time at Pleasant Manor! ✨🎃

WOW our community really showed up for the Pleasant Manor Pumpkin Carving Contest! Every pumpkin was bursting with creativity and Halloween spirit! 👻🧡 A HUGE shoutout to everyone who joined in your imagination and talent made this event a total treat! Our residents had an absolute BLAST seeing all the pumpkins come to life and casting their votes for their favorites! 🗳️🎃

📣 Good news!
All participants now have a Certificate of Participation ready for pick-up at Pleasant Manor. We want to celebrate everyone who joined in the fun! 🎨🎃

And a special congratulations to our winner, Diamond Bank (Pumpkin #2)! 🏆 You’ve earned a $50.00 gift card and a Winner’s Certificate for your spooktacular creation! 👏💎

🎃✨ Today’s the Day — Last Call for Pumpkins! ✨🎃

It’s the final day to turn in your pumpkins! Our residents will be reviewing all the creative entries and casting their votes this evening. 🗳️🎃 The winner will receive a $50 gift card! 💰🎉

So far, we’ve received some amazing pumpkins from Southern Grace Healthcare, Diamond Bank, Access Medical, and The Blooming Mercantile and we can’t wait to see the rest! 🙌

We want to give a huge heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who participated in this year’s Pumpkin Contest. 🧡 Your creativity, time, and community spirit have truly brightened and brought many smiles to our residents.

What a fun and joy-filled experience this has been, we’re so thankful to be part of such a wonderful, supportive community! 🌟

🌴☀️ Day 2 of Spirit Week = Beach Day at Pleasant Manor! ☀️🌴

It might be fall outside, but inside Pleasant Manor it’s all sunshine, sand, and smiles! 😎🏖️ Our staff brought the beach vibes today from tropical shirts and sunglasses to flip-flops and fun in the sun!

Spirit Week is in full swing, and we’re having a wave of fun celebrating together! 🌊💛

Brrr… it looks like winter blew through Pleasant Manor today! 🌨️ Our amazing staff turned the halls into a blizzard by dressing in all white or cozy snow gear for Snowed In Day!

Dress-up days are some of our absolute favorites the creativity, and the team spirit make Pleasant Manor shine even brighter! 💙❄️

👻 Spooktacular Fun with the LRC Chamber of Commerce! 🎃

Pleasant Manor Nursing & Rehab had a fantastic time attending the LRC Chamber of Commerce Trunk or Treat! 🍬✨

It was such a spooktacular event, and we feel so blessed to have been a part of it. Activities and Social had a blast decorating our van in a fun M&M’s theme and it was just as sweet as it sounds! 🍫💛❤️💙

A big thank-you to everyone who stopped by and helped make this event such a memorable one! 🧡
