I feel like in the hustle and grind of everyday life the one thing we can lose touch with the most is our body. It’s so important to take time to notice how our body feels, what it needs, without judgement.
What is it that your body has taught you this year?
For me,
It’s okay to be tired, we need to listen to those moments, lean in and rest.
Sometimes the biggest leaps we will make with our physical capabilities is from rest.
But also equally important is to take time to nurture your body, this should be a ritual, a routine, whether your routine is 2x a week, 3x or everyday. Prioritize it within your schedule and know that it is enough.
