Lower costs. The DPC model delivers quality healthcare service that is affordable and transparent. Costs are based on a monthly, flat rate subscription, after annual enrollment. Enhanced patient experience. The DPC model provides patients with unrestricted access to their provider, little to no wait time, and longer appointments. We also offer IV hydration services (Basic IV Fluid, Myers’ Cocktail, Glutathione) In person or mobile IV service (we bring the IV Hydration service to the comfort of your home). An IV is required to receive the infusion. Average infusion time 1-2 hours. Mobile service is an additional $50 (within a 60 mile radius). Contact us for more details. By appointment only."
