✅Fact: Not always! The right compression depends on your needs. Light to moderate levels (8–15 or 15–20 mmHg) are great for everyday wear, travel, or mild swelling — while higher levels are best for medical or recovery use. Wearing compression that’s too strong can actually cause discomfort.
