๐งผ Wash your hands often with soap and water. This is one of the best ways to avoid getting sick and spreading germs.
๐คง Cover coughs and sneezes and avoid close contact if youโre feeling sick.
๐ Stay up to date on flu and recommended vaccines. Talk to your provider.
๐ฏ๏ธ Use caution with candles, fireplaces, and space heaters. Never leave them unattended.
๐Check your smoke detectors and replace the batteries every 6 months.
๐ Drive safely, be especially cautious at night and in winter weather. Buckle up and don't text and drive. Pack an emergency supply kit and blankets in your car.
๐ Watch for wet or icy surfaces to prevent slips and falls and wear appropriate shoes.
โ๏ธDress warmly and in layers when outdoors. Wear a hat, gloves, and insulated socks when temperatures fall.
๐ฆDrink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
๐ดBe sure to get plenty of sleep.
๐ถ๐พโโ๏ธKeep up those healthy habits. Do something active every day.
