A huge thank you to all of the Randolph Health staff who worked tirelessly throughout the winter storm. Day shift and night shift never missed a beat, showing up no matter the conditions. ๐Ÿ’™ Teamwork in Action at Randolph Health ๐Ÿ’™

This past weekendโ€™s winter storm showed us the true power of coming together. We are incredibly proud of our Randolph Health team who went above and beyond to ensure our patients and community were cared for, no matter the conditions.

More than 80 dedicated staff members stayed overnight at the hospital, with teammates helping set up air mattresses so everyone had a safe place to rest. A heartfelt thank you to our clinical staff who remained at the bedside, providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients throughout the storm. Our Food Services team kept everyone fueled by providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the weekend, and our Maintenance professionals worked tirelessly to make sure parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances were treated and safe.

It took every department, every role, and every helping hand. Thank you for your teamwork, resilience, and unwavering commitment to caring for our community, even in the toughest weather. We couldnโ€™t do this without you.

North Carolina is under a State of Emergency as a winter storm is expected to impact much of the state this weekend, bringing snow, ice, hazardous travel conditions, and the possibility of power outages. Officials are urging everyone to prepare now and stay safe.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Hereโ€™s what you can do to stay safe:
โ€ข Monitor local weather updates and alerts.
โ€ข Charge cell phones and essential devices.
โ€ข Stock up on food, water, and supplies. Be sure to have your medications.
โ€ข Prepare an emergency kit for your home and vehicle.
โ€ข Avoid travel once conditions begin; only go out if itโ€™s absolutely necessary.
โ€ข Check on elderly neighbors and those who may need extra help.
