Imagine heated recliners, comfy blankets, warm soothing foot soaks, and a glass of wine or hot apple cider. All of that, plus a great massage!

Do you fall asleep when you get massaged? A lot of people do. It shifts the nervous system into a state of rest and relaxation, lowers stress hormones, and allows the tension in our bodies to ease. It is a natural response and is a huge compliment to the therapist. It means our calming energy is a compliment to the work we do. It shows that you feel safe and trust us. The body needs rest to recharge. Just let us know if you want us to wake you up so you don’t miss the bliss. A quiet question at the right moment can bring you back to your senses. 😉
And yes, even in social spa setting, people fall asleep often.
