I had a fabulous time giving free acupuncture and ear seed treatments downtown Asheville today at Climb Out Of the Darkness event raising awareness and resource sharing around perinatal mood disorders. Excited to connect with the amazing doulas at and share a tent with the kind and talented . Shoutout to for the invite.

I love learning about what other healthcare workers, healers, activists, and organizers are doing especially to help women/birthing people and their families be their fullest most vibrant selves. What an honor!
