There will always be a special place in my heart for this family..for many reasons.
This birth was my first birth that my client found me without being family/friends prior. First birth where my client chose me over a bunch of certified/seasoned doulas.
This birth changed how I view hospitals, nurses, and especially doctors. It changed how I view myself as a doula and my position in the birth space.
This experience is something I’ll hold close forever. 🤍
