I’m in between some intense dental work and my Mom is recovering from MOHS surgery (she’s doing GREAT and her scar is healing so much faster since being in the chamber this week. We’ve both been getting in daily sessions for several days. The back to back sessions is where the ✨!

Seasons are changing …. it’s in the air, in the leaves and also in our office! 🍁✨🍁

We’re loving bringing HBOT into your homes for easier access and are excited to bring more reiki, energy healing, integrated coaching, small group yoga classes and more as we move into the holidays and New Year. ✨

We’ll be sharing our office space with some other gifted healers and excited to share about it all soon.

Today we made time for self care with a drive on the parkway and some earthing (barefoot walking) in the moss, rocks and leaves. A much needed reset.

This is what we love to hear first thing in the morning! ☀️🎉🙌

Every body is different but we do find that 5 sessions clustered as closely together as possible, give or take a few, tends to be the SWEET SPOT ✨ where many clients experience a noticeable shift in whatever issue they are working on.

This client has been experiencing intense headaches after a bicycle crash and today is feeling a break in what has been constant pain.

She purchased our June/July special of 6 sessions for $395 and is getting all 5 sessions in over 7 days.
