Front Desk Assistant Manager (Full Time & Part Time):

Summary:

Massage On Wheels & Asheville Massage & Bodywork is a well established massage spa in Asheville looking for a new Front Desk Assistant Manager who is professional, outgoing, motivated and seeking a position in the health & wellness industry.

Description:

The Front Desk Assistant Manager is responsible for booking appointments, meeting sales goals, staff support, customer service, and various administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

-Managing the front desk and reception area.

-Answering phone calls & professionally booking appointments accurately.

-Greeting guests warmly upon arrival.
Offering guests with a complimentary beverage.

-Supporting staff & coordinating massage therapist schedules.

-Maintaining complete and accurate data entry of client records

-Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming office environment

Requirements:

Must have at least one year of sales or customer service experience. Must be available to work at least 12 hours per week. Associates degree or equivalent experience is desirable. Candidates must be available to work some nights and some weekends.

Benefits:
-Competitive hourly pay starting at $17/hr with a .50 raise every 3 months based on performance. (Employee W-2)

-Flexible Schedule (Must be available to work evening shift 2:30pm-8:30pm.

-(1) Free monthly 60 minute massage (must work a minimum of 18 hours/week)
