Here you can

- See what classes we have available
- Sign up for available classes
- Sign up for personal training
- Cancel classes when the unexpected comes up
- Message with trainers

People ask us constantly .. "Do I need to sign up or just come in?"

You MUST sign up.

Signing up

- Ensures your spot during our busy times.
- If we have to cancel classes on our end you receive an immediate email from us AND we personally text those that we see scheduled.
- Let's us know of any new people coming in and how to prepare.
- Helps us prepare for busy classes as we hire on new trainers.

We've fallen off on requiring people to sign up, but we are getting super busy [🤩🤩] therefore we all have to get back on track.

✨Those that have signed up get priority over walk-ins.✨

There is a 30 minute cut off before each class for signing up. We get things happen, so just shoot us a message and you can still get in 🤗

Starting today, we are back on it team, you must sign up for your class. See you soon! 🤩

We recommend any and everyone do a training session with Shawn! He is motivating, hands on, has ease with modifications and tests your limits.
