Deeper isn’t better. Calmer is better.
Most people think more pressure creates better results.
But the body doesn’t respond well to force when it feels unsafe.
When the nervous system shifts into a calmer, parasympathetic state:
• Tissue softens
• Holding patterns release
• Deeper work becomes more effective
That’s where real change happens—through nervous system work and myofascial release.
I’m currently studying Polyvagal Theory and applying it within my sessions to create a deeper, more effective experience, while continuing my study of John F. Barnes Myofascial Release.
