A letter to everyone who breathes.

I've been holding this in for a long time.

You know that "signature scent" in fancy lobbies? The one that's supposed to make you feel like you've "arrived"?

It makes me sick. Literally. My throat closes. My stomach turns. My body screams NO before my mind even catches up.

So I started taking the basement elevator in my building—the one that smells like garbage and pets—because it's the only breathable air.

And then I visited my dad's retirement home. Same synthetic fog. Same chemical sweetness. He has COPD. His lungs are already struggling. But the building decided "pleasant ambiance" matters more than breathable air for the people who LIVE there.

That's not hospitality. That's harm dressed up as luxury.

So I wrote a letter. A manifesto. A full breakdown of how the fragrance industry has been playing us all—making us believe we need synthetic scent to be clean, professional, luxurious, or acceptable.
We don't.

What we need is:
💨 Breathable scent
📋 Ingredient transparency
🙋‍♀️ The right to opt out
💚 Fragrance-free spaces for vulnerable people

I'm not anti-perfume. I LOVE scent. I built my entire company around it.
