This is Vibe & Glowโ„ข โ€” a seven-part journey through the chakras, designed to bring you back into alignment one energy center at a time.
Ground & Glowโ„ข (Root Chakra) was our first gathering of 2026. Fifty souls came together at UMA House Miami for an immersive evening of sound healing, breathwork, cacao ceremony, bodywork, and aura readings.
Bodies grounded into the earth. Sound held the ceremony. Cacao opened connection. The ritual completed under golden hour light โ€” and people left feeling anchored, aligned, and glowing from the inside out.
