Benita’s Story
My bottom line is to DO WHAT WORKS, which means helping women create the sustained change they desire in their lives. I work with women who have a “gotta do” mentality and are so busy that they don’t know how to be. Who are perfectionists and caretakers of others at a cost to themselves. Who work so hard that they drive themselves into the ground or drive themselves crazy. I draw from a variety of disciplines, some traditional and others quite unconventional, yet all effective. And I love just being my Self: compassionate, present and connected. I feel blessed to be a part of such sacred and intimate work and to witness the beauty of evolution right before my eyes. I’ve been in the field for 35 years and provide outstanding in-person and distance psychotherapy, art therapy and intuitive readings for women.
