How Do Helping Professionals Know Transformation Has Happened With Clients?

Do you rely upon your subjective evaluations? These could be biased because we all want success and effectiveness in our efforts? Such biases could cause us to end focusing on the challenge prematurely.

Do you depend upon the clients' glowing verbal reports? These could be telling you what you want to hear to please you or simply a protective strategy to avoid going to uncomfortable deep emotional spaces again.

Another crucial question: How do you know the transformative change is lasting and durable?
In the Inner Presence Coaching Program, we have protocols to test whether clients have genuinely transformed their challenges. We let the client's internal system reveal the depth and extent of transformation.

We learn specific universal markers that indicate long and lasting transformation. And the beautiful part of these transformations is they are effortless.
When you have a robust framework for testing client transformations, you can reverse engineer all your session work to move in the direction of effortless transformation; it is no longer in the "hit or miss" proposition.

The 9-Month Inner Presence Program starts on April 16th, 2022. Please check out the website to find out more about the program. https://www.innerpresencecoaching.com/

New 9-Month Inner Presence Coaching Course Starting Sept 25th. Details here: http://innerpresencecoaching.com/ Below are the 9 Principles we use to develop your skills to support others and yourself with presence.
1. Be aware of the ways you can inadvertently add to clients' conditioning and constrict them further.
2. Working with clients to have insights that come from an emotional, experiential level instead of insights that come from the intellectual level. This is the difference between effective and ineffective support.
3. Placing a priority on meaningful experiential work with clients will yield transformative insights that are not possible with "talk about" or "story about" engagements.
4. Paying attention to the context will bring clarity and focus to the session and allow emotionally rich material to emerge. Clients will present 25 challenges at one time if you let them.
5. Holding non-pathological regard by dropping all the labels will free clients from being trapped in a reality that something is wrong with them or something is missing. The Client feels this non-labeling acceptance.
6. Allowing your support in a session to be gentle, non-invasive, and client-directed. If you push clients before they're ready, you'll strengthen protection or lose clients.
7. Supporting clients with non-prescriptive contributions and working within their system of meaning and values so that we're not inadvertently superimposing ours onto them.
8. Working in the present with a client can reduce their identification with parts of them that are emerging with the past or future stories.
9. Verifying that effortless transformations have happened or are fully integrated will prevent false positives or contrived transformations that are not lasting. You will know your level of effectiveness!
At the end of the 9-Month Program, you'll be equipped to support people with a high level of effectiveness that will naturally lead to referrals.
If taking your skills to the next level of effectiveness is interesting to you, here's more information about the Program: http://innerpresencecoaching.com/
