Black history is not just history.
It’s lived experience. It’s resilience under systems that were never neutral. It’s grief, brilliance, creativity, resistance, and care passed down through bodies and communities.
Mental health does not exist outside of history.Racism, oppression, and chronic stress shape nervous systems, access to care, and how safety is felt in the body.
This month and every month, we honor Black lives by listening, learning, advocating, and doing the work to create spaces that are safer, more just, and more human.
