We offer women ages 18-65+ 6 weeks of nutritional coaching and fitness instruction targeted for ALL sizes and fitness levels. We are so much more than just a “boot camp” or any other fitness program in the Asheville area. Camp La-Fit equips members with the KNOWLEDGE, the TOOLS, the ENCOURAGEMENT, and the on-going SUPPORT needed to become healthier and happier. Our participants receive high quality fitness classes 4 days a week, weekly nutrition tips, meal plans targeting weight loss goals, an invitation to join our private group website with access to additional resources such as recipes, instructor workout videos, 6 minute tabata videos for boosting metabolism, and online support 24-7.
