Today we pause, honor, and name the Trans and gender-diverse lives taken by violence, discrimination, and a world that too often refuses to see people’s humanity.

This day isn’t just about grief — though there is grief.
It’s about witnessing.
It’s about responsibility.
It’s about loudly affirming that Trans people deserve to live, thrive, love, and exist safely in every single space.

As a community, as allies, and as human beings, we owe Trans and gender-diverse people more than thoughts and prayers. We owe action. We owe protection. We owe advocacy. We owe unwavering solidarity — not just today, but every day.

To the Trans community:
We see you. We honor you. Your existence is powerful. Your identity is sacred. You deserve safety, joy, belonging, and a world that celebrates you without condition.

To allies and those who want to be better ones:
Listen to Trans voices.
Challenge transphobia — in your communities, in your workplaces, in your families.
Donate, vote, speak up, and create spaces where Trans people can move freely without fear.

Grief and remembrance matter. But so does commitment.
So does love.

We specialize in providing neurodivergent affirming therapy, as well as supporting the LGBTQIA + community.

We really love working with clients who are coming to terms with both Autism and ADHD diagnosis later in life, as well as the intersections of race, gender, identity, and orientation.

We've got folx who are EMDR certified, ART trained, and practice from parts work framework.

All of our therapists have lived experience as Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD.

We have some in-person openings in Asheville and virtual openings as well.

We accept BCBS, Aetna, United, and Medcost, as well as self pay.
