Dr. Logan D’Souza MOHS Surgeon Whether you’re coming for an annual skin check, to have a skin lesion removed, need a skin cancer treated, or want guidance on how to prevent the signs of aging, Dr. Dorris, Dr. Sigmon, Kellye Bookout PA, Rebecca Rankin PA, Jennifer Taylor PA and their staff always work to develop a treatment plan that best suits each patient. Dr. Logan D'Souza provides Mohs micrographic surgery for our patients located in our surgical suite. Mohs surgery is type of surgical procedure used to treat various types of skin cancer. Forest Dermatology also offers a wide variety of cosmetic procedures including Botox, facial fillers, and laser treatments. In the Medical Spa, chemical peels, laser hair treatments, free consultations, and much more is provided by our estheticians.

Dr. Kelly Jo Tackett, MD, MPH is excited to be joining the team at Forest Dermatology in August 2025. With training from the University of North Carolina, she specializes in medical, pediatric, and surgical dermatology, as well as cosmetic care. Dr. Tackett is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and providing thoughtful, personalized care for individuals of all ages. She is currently accepting new patients by referral and looks forward to helping you look and feel your best.
