Our hearts are so full! A bear party for our little bear’s 1st birthday! Tomorrow our big boy turns one and yesterday we got to celebrate him with some friends and family. What a perfect weekend! 🥰💜🎉🎊🎂🥳

That post massage bliss. Feeling great after seeing the goddess Joanie at ✌🏻 Massage has been a huge part of my self care routine for a long time. With scoliosis and a history of back injuries, back pain is something that I’ve dealt with for a while. The winning combination for living comfortably? Massage, yoga, cupping, acupuncture! Being a new mama, all of those things have taken a backseat while we discover the balance of self care and parenting! Thank you to my husband for the reminder to practice what I preach and keep my cup full!

Charlie has been clinging to his mama for the past few days. We call him a marsupial baby bc he’d probably be fine if I could just grow a pouch. His 8th tooth is on the tail end of emerging, he’s learning to put his toys away, and HE TOOK HIS FIRST STEPS A WEEK AGO! He’s clearly in the middle of a big leap. It’s so amazing watching him grow and develop new capabilities. It’s a lot on him though! As much as I could use a massage, I feel for him more! It’s very exciting, but a lot on my little man! Through it all he’s a happy, smiley, chatty kiddo!!
