Hi friends, Maddie here!
I’ll be subbing for Alison in our Thursday Qigong class at 4:30pm throughout September.
We’ll meet in the front garden (weather permitting) for about an hour of gentle qigong practice, followed by seated meditation indoors.
The class is by donation and open to all. Come as you are, and feel free to invite a friend.
