Sue Rawls began her work as the new Executive Director in January of 2024 at Brooks-Howell. She brought a wealth of knowledge and experience having served as an Administrator for 13 yrs. She and her husband Phil, owned and operated seven healthcare facilities in NC. Sue has definitely made a difference at Brooks-Howell not only for the organization but in the lives of the residents and staff. Congratulations on your well deserved retirement. You are loved and will be missed.

The Chapel may have felt chilly when we first arrived this afternoon but our hearts and souls were soon warmed by the music and words of the Youth Choir from Blessed Hill Church in Leicester NC. What a wonderful reminder of the Joy of Christmas.

Our combined employee and Independent Living resident Christmas party was held today at 2:30pm in the Chapel. There were lots of gifts, great food, fun Christmas attire (including shoes) but the best was the joy of the holiday spirit with our Brooks-Howell family. Congratulations to Bricelda Lopez Guevara for winning the 50 in.tv. Greatful hearts and lots of love. 🎄🎅❤️
