– A simple script I could speak on camera
– A suggested visual idea (ex: talking head, b-roll, text-on-screen)
– A call to action and a caption that reflects the script of video

You’ve got a whole business to run. And if content feels like a second job? It’s time to flip the system.

Here’s how I map out a full week of content in just 90 minutes:

✅ Step 1: Use Chat GPT to create 5 high-impact captions for your content of the week

Not sure where to start? Try this prompt:
👉 “Write 5 Instagram captions that include a scroll-stopping hook, a supportive tone, and a clear call-to-action. Each caption should help build trust and visibility with my audience while staying aligned with my weekly theme: [insert theme here].”
It’ll give you ideas, hooks, even calls to action — tailored to your audience.

✅ Step 2: Drop those captions into Canva templates.

I keep 3-5 plug-and-play templates saved in Canva that match my brand — for carousels, quote graphics, and promo slides.
No need to start from scratch every time. Just copy/paste, tweak, and go.

✅ Step 3: Film ONE Reel using CapCut.

Post the 5 ideas as carousels. whichever gets the most engagement, repurpose it into a reel video.

✅ Step 4: Schedule content for the whole week

Once everything’s ready, I use one tool (like Buffer or Meta Business Suite) to upload and schedule my posts for the whole week — so they go out automatically, even when I’m offline.

No last-minute scrambling. No “what do I post today?” energy.
And the best part? I can actually unplug without guilt.

Are you making marketing harder than it needs to be?

Here are 3 common mistakes I see all the time — and yes, I’ve done all of them too 👇

#1: Creating on the fly — every. single. day.

You scramble for an idea, throw something together, and hit post.
It drains your energy, clutters your messaging, and kills your confidence.

✅ Uplevel it: Block 90 mins each week to batch-create content. Use Chat GPT to generate hooks, captions, and even carousels. Drop your ideas into Canva templates and schedule them in advance.

#2: Not speaking your clients language

If your posts sound like a TED Talk but your client is Googling "how to stop doubting every decision," there’s a disconnect.

✅ Uplevel it: Go find your audience's actual language. Scroll through Facebook Groups, Quora threads, or Reddit. Use those real words from your audience within every content post. So they read it and think, “she gets me.” Connection leads to better sales and better service.

#3: Trying to be on all the platforms at once.

You think showing up on every single platform means you’ll grow faster — but usually it just spreads your energy too thin and makes your results unpredictable.

✅ Uplevel it: Choose ONE primary platform for 90 days. Go all in. When you consistently see results on that one platform, it’s time to add the next.
(Use tools like Buffer or Meta Business Suite if you do want to post to multiple places without manually managing all of them.)

The earth doesn't waste a thing... and neither should your content system!

What you posted last month still holds value — and most of your audience hasn’t even seen it yet.

Here’s how we repurpose content in under 5 minutes 👇

1. Find a post that performed well and still feels aligned.
→ Look in your Instagram Insights to spot your top saves, comments, or reach.
→ Choose ONE post that connects to your current offer or theme.

2. Change the way you share it.
→ Did it start as a caption? Make it a video!
→ Did it start as a Reel? Turn it into a quote or carousel.
(Need help? Use Chat GPT to help restructure it! Prompt: “Turn this caption into a carousel or talking Reel”)

3. Add something new
→ What’s your audience asking about right now? Update the post’s hook or CTA to reflect it — even if the core content stays the same.
→ New hook = new engagement = new reach.

Just like the earth reuses leaves to grow new things, you can reuse your ideas to reach new people.

Save this so you can try it next time you don’t know what to post.

Just like trees need each other to grow tall —
to share nutrients, hold each other steady, and stay rooted in storms —
we need that kind of support too.
You don’t have to carry your business dreams alone.
You don’t have to “be strong” or do it the hard way just to prove something.
Support is not a weakness — it’s part of how we rise.
