Jill Burynski created an online Thai Massage course for the AMTA a several years ago—and she just added video content! This was her winter project, and it officially went live today.

If you’re planning to attend her session at the National Convention in Denver this summer, this is a great way to prepare in advance. You’ll earn 3 CE credits while taking a deeper dive into Thai Massage theory and history.

One of the most rewarding parts of Thai Foot Massage class is the full treatment exchange after lunch…

After a morning of learning technique, theory, and flow, we slow it all down and trade a full treatment—and let’s just say… this might be everyone’s favorite part of class.

And yes… if you happened to drift off—no judgment here 😂 That just means your partner was doing it right.

This work is such a beautiful reminder that relaxation is powerful, therapeutic, and absolutely part of the craft.

From plant… to practice 🌿

We spent the day crafting Thai herbal compresses by hand, learning the purpose behind every ingredient and how these herbs support healing in the body.

Once steamed, these bundles come to life—bringing warmth, aroma, and therapeutic benefit into every session.

A beautiful reminder that some of the most powerful tools we use are rooted in tradition.
