This November, we’re turning compassion into action. 💛

Caring for the Body, PLLC is honored to partner with MANNA FoodBank to support our Western North Carolina neighbors through a Healthy Food Drive, now through November 24.

We are officially a drop-off site, collecting nutrient-dense, shelf-stable foods and essential supplies that support health and dignity for families in need.

✨ Most-needed items include:
– Low-sodium canned poultry, seafood, beans & veggies
– Whole grains like oats, brown rice, and quinoa
– Canned fruit in 100% juice, dried fruit with no added sugar
– Natural nut butters, olive oil, nuts & seeds
– Shelf-stable milk (dairy or plant-based)
– Paper goods, toothpaste, shampoo & hygiene items

❗Please do not donate: prepared food, opened packages, glass containers, or items without nutrition labels.
