We are so excited to introduce our new acupuncturist Courtney Kelly! They will be providing treatments on Sundays and Wednesdays starting on October 19th.
Courtney Kelly (she/they) is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist hailing from Gainesville, FL, where they earned their Master of Acupuncture degree from The Academy of Five Element Acupuncture.
They are deeply committed to community acupuncture as a practice rooted in justice, accessibility, and care. Guided by the principles of Liberation Acupuncture, they believe that
this medicine is most effective when it removes barriers to care, prioritizes those most affected by systemic inequities, and supports holistic well-being. In addition to working at the clinic, Courtney is also a writer and science communicator, working to disseminate evidence-based mental health research.
When not working, reading, or writing, Courtney can usually be found hiking somewhere in Pisgah Forest with their dog, Arrow. y kr dsu ber
