Massage Therapy Ebb and Flow Massage Therapy Center was founded by Lauren Loiacono and Adam Caddick.

Both being licensed massage therapists, they decided to take their experiences and blend them with the ideals of what a massage center could be. They know how much skill and physical effort it takes to do massage therapy, so they set up their pay scale to offer massage at an affordable rate to clientele while paying their LMBTs a livable wage. The dream is to have everyone benefit- the clients, the staff, and the business. The owners value a positive contribution to the community over and above making fast profits. The Name

Ebb & Flow is about appreciating the cycles of existence. It is the awareness that nothing remains the same for long, and encourages us to find our own rhythm as we move through life. Lauren and Adam have had many ups & downs through the course of their lives together, and this was the name that found resonance with both of them. Massage is really a dance of balance, and they found that the name “Ebb & Flow” embodied that truth.

New cannabis products have arrived! We can barely keep the Pain Gummies on the shelf, so we stocked extra this time. And new to us are the Indica Dark Chocolate minis for supreme relaxation. We also have cannabis chocolates & gummies for energy, but people seem to be the most excited about the chill stuff. Come get a massage & then enjoy some deep pain-free relaxation afterwards with our products ✨

Bliss out with our Stone Zone service! For 30 minutes, your feet & lower legs will be treated like royalty. First they will be wrapped in hot towels, then massaged with hot stones and body butter, and finally wrapped in more hot towels with essential oils of your choice. Put your feet up in the peaceful tea room afterwards and sip some hot tea or filtered water. Your feet will thank you!
You can add this service to another session, or just enjoy it on its own.

Our vision is to have everyone benefit from mindful integrity-driven business practices. We use high-quality organic products, recycle & compost everything possible, and treat our staff & clients with respect and appreciation. We believe that massage therapy is instrumental in maintaining healthy muscles & joints, as well as reducing stress of the mind, and keeping the spirit light.
