❄️ Hey practice members! We will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26th, to ensure the safety of our staff and practice members. If you had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, it will automatically be taken off so be sure to use your app or text us to get rescheduled for later this week!

❄️ As of now we are planning to be open on Tuesday- weather, power, and road conditions depending- but we will make a final decision tomorrow and keep you updated.

The calendar just flipped to a new year, but unlike a calendar page, your nervous system doesn’t magically reset on January 1st- as much as you may want it to! 🗓️

Your body doesn’t change because the calendar changed. Instead, it responds to what’s familiar, what feels safe, and what it’s practiced throughout your lifetime. 👉🏽 That’s why regulation and healing isn’t about willpower or resolutions- it’s about consistency, compassion, and meeting yourself where YOU are to break old patterns that your body has spent YEARS building. (If you’ve ever wondered why your HRV scan can take so long to shift, that’s why)!

🌱 Some of the best things in life take time, and healing and regulating your nervous system is one of them!

So it’s definitely NOT an automatic “new year, new nervous system”. If you’ve made it this far into January and your system still needs to take it slow, nothing is wrong with you! Moving in the right direction is all that matters, no matter what your pace is. 👣

Starting today (Tuesday, February 18) things will look a little different around here! The SKED app will no longer work for scheduling and viewing your appointments.

We have a new app called ChiroHD that we will be using for scheduling. Checking in at the office will now only require your phone number and birthday- no more barcodes! This is an exciting change but also a big one, so please bear with us as we get everything streamlined over the next few weeks and pardon any glitches that might occur.

You will be getting an email with an invite and info on how to download the new app! If you have questions, please call us at 828-333-4447. PLEASE NOTE: the new texting number for Radius Chiropractic moving forward will be 828-900-9654. If you are a current practice member, please save this new number in your phone as Radius Chiropractic Texting, and note that this number is ONLY for texting! To reach us by phone call, our office number is still the same at 828-333-4447.
