It is so beautiful for so many beautiful hearts to come together with the intention of seeing and holding space for others, while also being vulnerable and allowing them selves to be seen.

Holding Space is a two month, in person training for offering 1-on-1 emotional support 💙

Whether you are an established practitioner or simply know that holding space is your soul’s calling, you’ll leave with a variety of tools and approaches to hold compassionate, effective, and empathetic space for others.

This training provides:

✨️Proficiency in empathetic listening
✨️Tools for role-playing and 1-on-1 support
✨️Techniques (and songs!) for emotional discharge
✨️Space for your own healing, release and transformation

Holding Space for others without needing to fix them is incredibly humbling.
Offering the gift of deep presence is a gift to all. This training offers the tools, practice, and village to walk that path with care.

In our rituals, we have often had the privilege of live musicians to accompany our grief.

Music can help us move out of our thinking mind and help us reach greater states of feeling, access memories and channel release.

In our Holding Space Training we will dive deeper into music as well as many wonderful tools for supporting individual release.

Dear Grief Villagers,

Thank you for enduring these wintery plan shifts. We hope you got to enjoy the beautiful snow days.

And, thanks to those of y'all who joined up on zoom to share your grief there.

We've rescheduled this ritual for March 14th. If you can make this date, then you need to register again at this event page at, link in comments, with or without an additional donation.

Additional donations will help us allay the lost overhead costs and contribute towards scholarships for those who cannot pay.

And, if you want to go deeper in learning the art of spaceholding while receiving weekly grief support through March and April, then consider joining our Holding Space Cohort. A few more spots are available, so apply soon if you want to be a part of it, link in comments.

In the name of safety, presence, and community care, we've decided to change gears in regards to today's ritual.

We will postpone the in-person ritual for another date (likely March 7th), and offer community connection and holding for a few hours over Zoom today.

Stay warm, cozy, and safe; and if you feel inclined, you can tune in with us beginning at 10:30am. We'll offer songs, prayers, and connection time so you can be seen, held, and witnessed in your Grief.

If you choose to join us virtually, please know that this, too, is a closed container; so, log in promptly so you don't get left in the waiting room ;)

😔 If you feel weight of winter's cold is setting in, you are not alone. 🕯

The coldness is creeping in and we have not even yet reached mid-winter.

There is so much to hold, from the sorrows of our world to the everyday challenges we all face. 💔

That is why we create spaces to to come together and share and hold one another in.

Grief Training Cohort 🧡 -

I was blown away by the artful integration of practical skill-building and transformational community and personal healing. Such a delightful container and learning experience.
